Those of you who follow my musings realize that in an earlier episode -- I battled the big attack spider in my bedroom.
I was hoping the battle was over ... but I'm afraid NOT.
Last night, I wandered into the bathroom at about 3 am, flipped on the light -- and a giant Black Widow Spider was struggling in the sink.
I haven't seen one of those in quite a while -- years maybe.
Seems Nancy went to her storage unit this week and hauled over her spider infested cache of Halloween decorations.
I hate that storage unit. Every time she hauls something over here, it is infested with spiders or mice.
So, tonight -- another black spider attacked in my bedroom. He was moving slowly -- so I had time to grab a Kleenex and throw him into the toilet -- and flushed him to the sea.
I think there is a Steven King novel in all of this ... if I survive.
I've sprayed my room and the bathroom with spider killer spray. Hope I don't choke out tonight. LOL!
Night all.

Sunday, Sunday ...
Been a long week.
Work was fun. Got a lot sold for the upcoming Holiday Season. Ka-ching!
Worked every night and all day on Saturday to ready Heather and Jeff's photos. That is always so tedious. (Probably because I am pretty anal about such things. Everything must be perfect, you know).
I don't think most people realize what we do AFTER we snap their pretty photos. After all, don't you just take the disk to Wal-Mart and put it in the kiosk -- or just hand it to them, and they make prints?
Frankly, that's not us.
We straighten and tweak, we airbrush, we color correct, we re-crop, we lighten or darken, we soften or sharpen, we enhance the color or make it Black and White or Sepia toned, we re-size, we save, we burn disks, we make prints, we do index pages, we promote, etc.
Tedious.
For every hour we shoot, we have about 2 hours in Photoshop. So, for a wedding like this -- 10 hours -- we need about 20 to 30 hours of processing time.
I REALLY missed Jocelyn on this one! Had to do it all myself.
Anyway, just a few more tweaks and it goes out the door tomorrow.
Other than that ... not much going on.
:) Dana
